EXPERIENCE
Morgan Adams is the founding Partner of The Law Offices of Morgan Adams, a multi-lawyer firm.  The firm handles trucking cases across the United States. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Association, having secured multiple million plus dollar recoveries for clients. Typical cases involve matters in which his clients have either been killed or seriously injured from tractor trailer, auto, and motorcycle collisions. His firm also handles medical malpractice, workers compensation claims, premises liability, manufacturing defect cases and all other cases involving serious injury and or death.

Morgan Adams served as a Foreign Claims Commission during Desert Storm/Shield with the Marine Forces in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in 1991. He was granted authority to adjudicate claims against the United States Government in cases involving property, personal injury, and death.  He retired from the Marine Corps Reserve in 2006.
